Hi, I’m Kimi Broadbent!

I am a massive dork with a lame sense of humour (my best jokes are made without my meaning them), I am obsessed with dogs (especially my choccy lab Banjo), I am a coeliac, an endo-warrior, a glass-half full kind of girl and I value good health above all else.

I have been teaching Pilates and movement for 13 years. I hold the highest level of professionalism and experience within the Pilates Alliance Australasia, I am a teacher trainer for Polestar Pilates Eduction, a studio owner, and in 2018 I came third in a world wide teacher competition on PilatesAnytime.com.

I have worked alongside Melbourne’s top Sports Medicine Doctors, Women’s Health Specialists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors and they regularly refer complicated clients in to work with me.

I have rehabbed myself through foot fractures, plantar fasciitis, meniscal tears, 3 disc bulges, sacro-illiac joint pain, shoulder hyper-mobility, numerous sporting injuries and abdominal/pelvic surgery.

I have played netball at a state level, excelled in track and field in my junior years, I can cycle 60km on my road bike (that’s a long way for me) and I climbed to the Base Camp of Mt Everest in 2017.

Why does all that matter? It really doesn’t. It doesn’t matter what I’ve done, what matters is how I can help you.

Through all of my experience, I am happier than ever in my body. I feel strong, confident and mobile. I can’t do the splits or front flips (and why would I need to… )but I am pain free and totally in control of my body. It lets me get on with my daily activities with a pep in my step and when things go wrong, I have an enormous toolkit to give my body the movement it needs to heal, regenerate and return stronger than before.

I AM OBSESSED WITH PASSING THIS KNOWLEDGE ON SO YOU TOO CAN EXPERIENCE A STRONG, CONFIDENT, PAIN-FREE BODY YOU HAVE TOTAL CONFIDENCE IN AND LOVE!

Keeping you moving

ON-DEMAND VIDEO LIBRARY

Choose from a wide variety of classes and move through at your own pace. Included is a carefully curated 8 session course for those new to Pilates, plus regular updates for those who crave variety! We don’t really believe in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced here at TPV. So we’ve named our categories “Gentle Movers, Slow and Steady, Flowing Vibes and Hard Core”. You are by no means limited to just the one class type. Even an advanced mover needs to slow things down sometimes! These are done on a mat, with or without props and we also have reformer classes!

Regular LIVESTREAM SESSIONS

EDUCATIONAL TUTORIALS
