I acknowledge that Pilates is not intended to replace medical care and that it is my responsibility to inform the Instructor of any injuries and health conditions that I may have. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to participate in group or online classes within my own limits and capacities to prevent any injury. I understand that all care is taken to avoid any accident or injury during the Pilates classes, however I understand as with any form of physical activity there may be risk of bodily injury, including serious disabling injury, heart attack or even death and that there are many injury risks too numerous to name. I expressly waive any claim I may have against The Pilates Vibe, Kimberley Broadbent or any other Instructor representing The Pilates Vibe, for any injury or loss sustained by me while undertaking Pilates activity practiced under The Pilates Vibe. You must arrive on time to your class. If you arrive early, you may wait for the instructor to welcome you to perform independent stretching so long as there is no disruption to a previous class.
You must wear appropriate attire for exercise, including a t-shirt, singlet, long sleeve top with long pants, tights or shorts (if wearing loose shorts, please ensure you have adequate undergarments or bike shorts). Ensure long hair is tied back for safety reasons.
Ensure you do not have strong body odour and refrain from using strong smelling perfumes or colognes.
Bring a bath sized towel and a clean pair of socks/ grip socks with you to class.
Please inform your instructor of any concerns prior to class commencement so we can program safely for you.
Understand our classes need to run by a strict schedule and our instructors will be adhering to the time limits advertised for the class being taken.
Please respect that our instructors will do their very best to divide their time evenly between clients during group sessions. Our staff are highly trained and are skilled in working with clients with various needs. Please be patient in class and understand our instructor will get to you when they can. Use the time to have an extra stretch or practice some gentle breathing if you find yourself waiting.

All classes must be paid at time of service or in advance. Payment can be made in studio via credit card or cash for single sessions. We will accept direct bank transfers only for 10 or 20 session passes. These can be made to:

The Pilates Vibe requires a minimum of 12 hours notice prior to your session time with regards to all cancellations, or the full session fee will be charged. Cancellation notification can be delivered by phone, email or via our online booking system. This means we can schedule in wait-listing clients and our instructors can properly program for attending clients.
If you are wishing to cancel your TPV Online membership, you may do this at any time within your account.
The Pilates Vibe is unable to offer refunds, transfers or compensation for classes that are missed by the client or where the client may be running late.

The Pilates Vibe is aligned with Polestar Pilates International Education group and may occasionally accommodate student teachers completing session observation and assistant teaching hours. If you have any concerns or would not like any student participation in your experience at The Pilates Vibe, please express so.
